PROGRAMS

Programs at Breathe Studio are broken up by age and skill level, which gives dancers an opportunity to grow, learn, and create alongside their peers. All programs consist of creating, building, and solidifying a strong foundation in dance through proper use of terminology and body alignments. Throughout each program, dancers receive proper stretching techniques that help to increase and maintain flexibility along with open dialogue about nutrition for a growing mind and body. With fundamentals in Acro dance, Ballet, Jazz, Hip Hop, and Modern techniques dancers are able to explore other genres of dance such Musical Theater, Lyrical, and HBCU. All styles help improve coordination, musicality, and memorization skills. Through weekly journal writing and meditation dancers are encouraged to write down thoughts and use their breath to inhale positivity and self-confidence. As dancers level up through the programs, they are introduced to proper majorette and flag twirling techniques, audition preparation, resume building, and mentorship.
